A complete set of lecture notes is available on-line. This set of notes will be subject to tweaks and edits as the course progresses. Be aware that this might affect equation numbers, or the ordering of sections, etc. (although the basic content shouldn't change significantly).

If you're uncomfortable with this, then a fixed reference set of notes from the start of the course is also available.
